With academic and leadership excellence, Dr. Gulshan has led programs in Turkey and the Middle East in entrepreneurship, curriculum design, and social impact. She brings multilingual expertise and deep insight into regional education development.

With 17+ years in finance and insurance, Brehanu is instrumental in driving CIKDP’s planning and development strategies. Based in Canada, he ensures impactful programs aligned with global best practices and financial sustainability.
